"Don’t stay here- save your money! They will overcharge you and the rooms are falling apart."

Close to the venue we were attending.

Falling apart. The heating vent was dirty, the shower faucet kept coming off, the floor in the bathroom was cracked, the toilet paper holders were all rusty, and everything was outdated. I was also overcharged my $241.05- they tried to say they could not see the charge on their computer but it clearly showed on my credit card and also on the printout they gave me. I have a dispute in with my cc company who also said they can clearly see it.

The location wasn’t the greatest, but it was okay considering there were nearby plazas and a grocery store all within walking distance.

The images displayed on the website are very different from what you see in person. The room was outdated, and the HVAC unit was being held up with duct tape. The bathtub was not pleasing to the eye because it was red, and it also did not drain properly — the water rose above my ankles while showering. The exhaust fan in the washroom was very noisy, and the towels were old and very coarse. The pool is still there, but it is unusable because there is no water in it, and the area looks like it has been permanently closed. Overall, I was uncomfortable during my stay and will not be returning to this location. To make matters worse, the staff member who checked me in approved a late checkout until 12 p.m., but the morning staff knocked on my door several times while I was in the shower. Eventually, I came out and explained that I had late checkout, but he still tried to upsell me for additional time. I had to repeat myself again before he finally left. The Windsor location is much better and far more modern.
