"Ideal for conference-goers with good amenities - at a price"

Cleanliness; friendly, helpful staff; convenient link to Underground City (including Palais de Congres); close to Vieux Montreal (old town); Keurig machine which surprisingly good coffee; spacious room

Dated decor; eye-watering prices for food and drinks (but then Canada generally seemed very expensive to me) - I only had breakfast once; additional service charges and taxes not evident from the printed price; no elevator from ground floor (escalator to reception but very difficult if you have two cases, as I did)

"Schönes Hotel, gute Lage."

Sehr gutes Frühstück, allerdings gab es nicht jeden Tag frisches Omelette. Das Zimmer hatte einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf den Hafen. Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt, es ist sehr vieles zu Fuss erreichbar.

Der Pool öffnet erst um 8 Uhr und ist daher nicht für Morgenschwimmer geeignet.

"Chique hotel maar te duur voor de totale service."

Parkeren kan alleen met een kleine auto. Aankomst is verwarrend. Geen duidelijk waar je moet parkeren als je aankomt. Geen personeel op straatniveau. Je moet eerst naar binnen via 2ngrote hallen en lange roltrap om maar de receptie te komen. Parkeren uiteindelijk in een congresgebouw aan de overkant recht tegen over een conncurrent hotel. Kamer was heel ruim en prima verzorgd. Ontbijt was uitgebreid

"great location, comfy rooms"

Location was great for both being able to walk out and be in the Old Town as well as access to subway. Rooms were roomy and very quiet.

It is clear that the hotel needs updating and some wallpaper in bathroom peeling off by shower. However, for value in large city, hard to beat.
