Not clean old and unhelpful personal

Room was a good size, nice big bathroom. We liked the corner room as it was very quiet and had a good view of the city. The hot chocolate in the lobby was a nice touch. The bed was so comfortable and everything was very clean.

Playing music was a challenge. We should have brought a portable speaker. Eventually we were able to play music through the tv but it was not a quick or easy process. We would have liked to order room service for breakfast but there were no vegetarian options.

Good location

Room was hot. Turned heat off in room; still too hot. Asked management to check room to turn heat down more. No change.

Le prix des PDJ, exorbitant

Très bien placé, monument historique, superbe architecture, les Petits déjeuners étaient de qualité

Les Chambres et salles de bains ont besoin d’être remises au goût du jour, ça fait très vieillot et le prix n’est pas du tout justifié pour la qualité des chambres.

Emplacement et parking avec valet

Douche sale avec beaucoup de cheveux / poils sur les murs de la douche
