Room was dirty, still had the dirty linen on the floor, bed wasn't made, worse part room had cockroaches!!! Disgusting!!! They also wouldn't refund our money because we refused to stay there

"It was a place to sleep, but overall could have been better"

It was quiet.

Only one regular coffee packet in room for 2 people. One set of towels for 2 people. We had to ask for more towels. Very hard to understand the staff. No one at desk to check out. Found a housekeeper but she spoke no english and didn’t understand we were checking out. Tripped on unfinished carpet at end of hall. Some kind of food splatters all over wall in room. Tv picture was not good. Patio door lock was broken. There was a bar for safety, but broken locks are a bad look.

When we checked in we had a room where the air conditioning was not working. The staff was very busy and not helpful and could not get the AC to work. They gave us a different room which the air conditioning worked but it was smelly. The breakfast was very good and the overall experience wasn't horrible.
