Wingate by Wyndham Lincoln Airport East I-80

Lobby was 100° all the time, bed in our room was hard & uncomfortable, smoke alarms chirped in the hallways making me feel unsafe, breakfast eggs & sausage was cold less than an hour after breakfast starting & they were in a supposed warmer, the entire juice machine which had several different juices for breakfast was completely empty during the whole breakfast time.

They neglected to tell us that the airport shuttle was out of service when we booked. Left us scrambling to get a ride to the airport for an early morning flight.

Dirty in general, killed spiders, con webs, stains in bedding and smelled of smoke.

The room had a very musty smell and the air conditioner had mold on it

It is good that I woke up 30 minutes before my alarm because there was no hot water. I had to take a shower in another room. The hotel is dated and needs to be renovated. The staff was nice. I did not like that there were slot machines in the lobby. The cost was very high at $242 and the hotel is low level. Given the choice, I would not stay here again.

Staff was good. Smoke alarm went off 3 times during the night. The bed was far firmer than my preference. It needs an update and freshening up.

The room itself was decent but the hallway carpet had a lot of stains and there were weird smells throughout the hotel. Ok for a quick stay at lower price than other hotels in the area.

no tv/cable, moldy computer chair, no AC /Heat working in 1st room and then 2nd room's AC/heater blew acrid smell and set off fire alarm, no sleep at all, moved at 7am to another motel

I arrived to a chirping of the fire alarm in the lobby and a damp smell. I was disappointed to find no pool despite Expedia advertising one. I go to my room fire alarm chirping on my bed. Offered another room without detector in it chirping throughout the building! Needless to say this building is unsafe for hotel occupants major life safety violation.

I was disappointed that the pool was permanently closed, and we were not told that until after we booked the room. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the toilet was messed up when you tried to flush. There was no juice or Danish at breakfast and no napkins, when I asked for napkins, the clerk brought out another box of Kleenex. The elevator sounded like it was going to croak at any given moment. But we loved the balcony.
