Nothing was at all even close to what appears in the ad. Supposed to have a fitness center and a guest laundry facility but both were empty, locked and out of service. No ice machine either.

Filthy. So many roaches everywhere unbelievable even after we bought spray to help. No bedspreads either, only sheets and we both ended up with bites on us. Lots of drug deals by the pool-broken gate.

The room was nasty, bedbugs, black electrical tape holding a light together. Brun holes in the blankets. We turned around and left immediately and then after we checked out and they refunded us they continued to try and run my cc. A month later I see another try to run my cc.

Lobby smelled like smoke and weed. Since I bought an insurance plan, they never picked up the phone when hotels.com called them and I wasn’t able to get my refund. Very sketchy neighborhood
