Smelled bad
Nothing great but ok for overnight
Checked in and my room wasn’t even cleaned and prepared. Horrible parking. Property only has one cart for luggage which wasn’t anywhere to be found when checking out. The amount of drug using individuals staying there as a permanent address is beyond disgusting.

If they call a new paint job remodeled then they need to look it up again because just because you put a fresh coat of paint and change the colors of a rundown hotel, then so be it. There were several people living in the hotel fights out front of the hotel no security on site. Wasn’t bad for the price, but I won’t ever stay there again.

We traveled to Oklahoma for a family funeral and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival at the airport, we called the hotel only to be told there was no shuttle service—even though it was advertised as one of the perks. When we got to the property, there was no greeting at check-in. The front desk staff barely spoke and didn’t explain where our room was. I had also requested a crib or playpen for my baby, another perk listed at $10 per night. The staff looked at me oddly and said they didn’t have any. When we entered the room, it hadn’t been cleaned at all: beds were unmade, dirty cups and sodas were left behind, and towels were on the floor. We asked to be moved and were sent to a double room, despite booking a king. That room smelled like cigarette smoke, which was especially concerning with our baby. After asking again, they “upgraded” us to what was actually the type of room we reserved in the first place. Unfortunately, the air vent didn’t work properly, and the couch had a urine stain and smelled. When we requested to speak with a manager, we were told to wait until the next day. Already exhausted and grieving, we chose to spend time at our parents’ hotel instead. By the following day, we decided to move next door to the Embassy Suites, which was a much better experience.
