I don't even know where to start with this place. What was supposed to be a 15 night stay turned into one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any hotel. From the beginning there were unexplained charges appearing on my account in amounts that made no sense, and when I asked about them two days into our stay I was told I needed to pack up and leave within 30 minutes — because apparently I don't have the right to question my own charges. No explanation, no attempt to resolve anything, just get out. It gets worse. Before we even had a chance to leave, they charged my card in full for the remaining 12 nights we never got to stay. They also kept our $300 security deposit and have refused to provide any explanation, any refund, or even a response since. We were essentially forced out of our room, charged for days we never used, and left with nothing but silence when we tried to follow up. On top of all of that, the staff was threatening and abusive when we raised our concerns. There was no professionalism, no accountability, and absolutely no regard for the guests staying there. I would strongly caution anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. What they did was not just poor customer service — it was outright predatory, and no traveler should have to go through what we experienced.

😔 Terrible soundproofing. Could hear everything. Damaged hotel 🛏️ need of upgrading Police presence noticable. Police roaming 2nd floor where I stayed for quite some time

Staff was great, and the property was quite clean.

The doors to the rooms made loud clunky noises. It was easy to be woken up when anyone within 6 doors away would close their door because of how loud they are.

The room was good to stay in
