Bathroom faucet drips constantly

Very clean.

Half the outlets in our room didn’t work. Window curtail pulls broken. Ice machine out of order. Coffee maker out of order. Toaster in the breakfast room didn’t work at all. Place is clean but the maintenance staff really needs to step it up.

I liked that the price was right and very affordable.

I didn’t like that the parking lot was full of holes the doors were all missing paint. The elevator took for ever to get up to next level. Lots of people doing weird stuff around their cars after 8pm. We selected 2 queens and come to find out it was two full beds so it was false advertising and we came from 6 hours away with 5 kids so we had fighting all night long over space on the beds when normally 2 queens is perfect for our family. Get to breakfast at 830 and wife wasn’t biscuits and gravy and she said oh that’s the last of the gravy for the day. It’s a Saturday how don’t you have more it’s 7-1030 breakfast. Anyways very disappointed with the room bed situation that’s a lie on here saying it’s queens.

I've been here 4-5 days of a week long reservation, and while some things are okay, many are not acceptable. RipOff. Last night, someone took a bag of mine I left either behind d reception counter or outside my room, that I put down temporarily, but forgot I left there. Realized I was missing the bag about an hour later, but after retracing my steps upon returning to hotel, my bag could not be found. Not in my hotel room or vehicle. Someone apparently felt it appropriate to lift this bag and take with them, knowing it belonged to someone else, another/ or tenant staying here (me). I notified front desk. They appeared to not care, not really listening well or taking me seriously, or having any idea I left a bag either at their reception counter or outside my hotel room door. I am looking for a way to contact hotel management to let them know and to ask for video camera footage to see who the perpetrator was/is. Peeling paint on bathroom ceiling. Someone punched a hole in bathroom door. Curtain in room, Ripped. Doors are lightweight, flimsy, not good for security, yet some nearby guests still manage, cause, let their doors slam repeatedly. Potholes in parking area. Saw police vehicles, several twice yesterday. One officer roaming around when I returned to hotel last night before my shopping bag was stolen.
