I booked 2 rooms at this hotel (1 for my my wife and I, the other for my son and his wife and infant daughter) through my airline app. It got good reviews and was right up the street from my daughter that we were visiting. The hotel seemed clean enough when we checked in, but my sons room had a really bad odor so he had to change rooms and neither one of my keys worked so we had to get that worked out. The second day we noted how bad the hotel was, especially our room (see pictures). We decided to change hotels for the remaining 3 nights and the front desk informed me that since once I checked in, I couldn't get my money back and I would have to deal with the 3rd party booking about a refund. I asked for some kind of documentation showing I checked out early (to see if I could get my money back) and she refused. I asked to speak to the manager and he said the same thing. All I wanted was some kind of paper trail stating that I had checked out early. So I informed him that I was going to keep the rooms (so they couldn't double book them in hopes of saving some other people from staying at this establishment). While I was at my daughters house, I booked 2 rooms for the remains 3 nights we were visiting. When I returned to this hotel to get my things, they had made it so my key wouldn't work and REFUSED TO LET US GET OUR THINGS! After arguing with them, they let my wife go up and pack our things and we finally got out of there.

Very nice for the price point!

I had to leave at 5:30 in the morning and I was very hungry. I asked the breakfast lady who had the muffins out already if I could have one and she said "no" you have to wait until 6:00. I feel that was poor customer service for customers who have to leave prior to the breakfast time and she was mean about it. One small muffin wasn't too much to ask for

The only thing I liked was the location. The breakfast was good.

The guy that worked there named Dee had a serious attitude and was very rude and disrespectful.
