Best Western Bloomington Edina - Minneapolis

Dried blood stains left on bedding and pillows. Pry marks on unit door showing forceable entry was made. Can see hallway lights shining through damaged door frame. Ice machine broken for over a years, never fixed or replaced show person at front desk pictures and his only remarks were it's a older hotel it should be expected.

Nice big room, comfortable bed, quiet location

The bathroom was a little dirty. The bathroom door needs to be replaced and security lock needs to be fixed. Staff were very nice

Location was very good. Breakfast was better than most. Our beds were comfortable. The price was good.

The front desk was not staffed when we arrived. There seemed to be a sign up almost continuously saying that there was something urgent that needed the staff’s attention, so please be patient. When the staff member was there, he was very pleasant and helpful. Ice machine was out of order. We had reservations for a queen room, but there were no queen rooms available when we checked in and had to be given a king.

Easy to find. Pleasant staff at check in. Clean facilities and a good breakfast.
