"Excellent"

The customer service. The young gentleman at the front was extremely friendly and very helpful I wish I could give him the credit he deserves but I do not remember his name. He did have dreadlocks.

I was charged $4 for expired chips and they were extremely tiny bags I only bought two of them.

"A clean, comfortable, accommodating hotel that was well run and met all of my needs."

Conveniently located in the Bloomington/Edina area bear the intersection of 494 and France Avenue. It offered a pool, fitness room and all the usual complimentary breakfast choices in a comfortable dining area.

"Nice place to rest."

The breakfast was delicious however the line for food needs to be more streamlined and orderly. People were getting in line to get seconds and jumping in front of people who were getting their first place. Their needs to beca constant staff in their to monitor that.

The gravy for the biscuits were Luke warm. Staff said that the temperature was fine but I prefer that my food be hot. Also, swimming area was disruptive due to children diving in the pool and splashing water over the place. I couldn't enjoy myself as kids were in their unsupervised. Staff needs to be in their to ensure kids are supervised and diving is not being done. The temperature in the room was difficult to maintain. It was either too hot or too cold.
