"I was sad and disappointed that my favorite hotel has gone down in quality."

Location. Housekeeping staff is very friendly and accommodating.

We have made this hotel our home when in Lansing for the last 15 years. A lot has gone down in quality. Many things in the room not kept in good condition. Example, bathroom door scraped along the floor, cabinet door on fridge side didn’t shut, both waste baskets dirty and rusty. The whole place both inside and outside the room needed the carpet cleaned. Quality of breakfast has gone way downhill, also not as much to choose from.

The location was great

The breakfast was still cold and I got down there at 6:22 so I had to use the microwave to warm it up. Also it is hard to spread frozen butter/margarine on toast. The timing was not good.

Location

It is becoming ran down. Furniture is the same as it was 15 years ago when we stayed there, peeling. Does not feel as comfortable or safe as it once was.
