Comfort Inn Lansing West

It wasn't as clean as other hotels we've stayed at. There was mold around the tub and the carpet was filthy. The breakfast was ok but I've had much better.

Location, breakfast, housekeeping, they allow pets.

Room could have been cleaner. Also hallway carpeting is old and dirty. Man at desk had an attitude. I had trouble understanding his foreign accent and he was annoyed. I don’t have a problem with newcomers to our country and I try to understand and be courteous. I also understand that he would become annoyed with me but that isn’t his job. I tried more than he did.

My stay was amazing. I’ll definitely be back Great value for your money.

First room tv didn’t work. Second room remote didn’t work. Ice machine with mold all over. Hallways carpets stained. Plus was not informed until checking in that a deposit was required as opposed to having your card on file.

We booked 2 queen beds and received 2 double beds. The sewer backed up into tub when showering. When spoke to front desk they just said oops sorry. People yelling all hours of the night outside our doors.

Poor customer service , no extra blankets , small beds, bathtub was not wheelchair accessible

Very easy check in with very friendly staff. Clean room,, nice grounds to walk your dog.

I was charged a $375 cleaning for smoking in a room which I did not smoke in. I did clean out my purse and discard an empty pack of cigarettes into the garbage which I presume is why they thought I was smoking.

Property is a bit run down. Clean but old. Could defintiely use an upgrade.
