"Amazing stay"

Krista at the front desk was amazing. She helped me figure my room out and pointed me in the direction of my room. Very kind and friendly. Ely the housekeeper was fantastic as well. These two deserve a raise for all their hard work.

When we booked our stay with this hotel we expected normal service but man was I wrong the lady we had was beyond professional and amazing she made our stay the most magical stay we have ever had it will go in the books for our family for the rest of our lives I will dream about that stay for my entire time on this planet that woman made our stay at a normal hotel like we went to a five star hotel that lady will be talked about anytime I go to any hotel even to random people I will never choose a different hotel other than holiday inn even though every other establishment won’t be anything like this specific place and because that lady won’t be there I would recommend her getting a massive raise she is professional and kind hearted and would make anyone’s stay the most magical time of their lives the whole stay was highlighted around her and her professionalism my wife and kids adored her beyond belief she is the staple of this place
