Holiday Inn Indianapolis - Airport Area N by IHG

Good for a quick stay. The bathroom/shower was not in the best condition but for one night it was more than enough. Big room, comfortable beds, everything else was good!

Property was great and staff was very friendly. Restaurant was nice to have on site. But what was disappointing was when we went to get the shuttle at 5:15 in the morning, there was no shuttle and we had to call a taxi. I know these things happen but when you're traveling and you made a special point of setting up a hotel with 24-hour to the airport this was not appreciated. And then it was up to us to call the taxi and pay the taxi. Of course we we're given an email to send a receipt to but the hotel only covered $22 and the taxi was $25. So not sure we would stay there again on our next trip out of Indianapolis.

Confusion checking out. No receipt…stern person indicated Expedia would email. Catching plane, so no time to argue. Did not receive email receipt from hotels.com…so no idea how much was paid.

The night staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, better than expected. I would definitely would stay there again...Simple and clean and thats what mattered to me!

The room smelled musty, like it has not been used in a while, we thought it would smell better after we cranked up the AC but it did not help. We arrived after midnight and were too tired to ask to change rooms.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience during my stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well-kept. The customer service went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. A special shout-out to the GM, Krista—she was absolutely amazing and truly made the stay memorable. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a great place to stay!
