I always stay at this location when traveling to Indianapolis. Clean hotel with friendly staff. I always look forward to having dinner at the Craft House. Kristen always greets me with a smile and is always a source of good conversation. She is the reason that I keep coming back!

"Decent but disappointed in the shuttle service"

Quick check in and out

I was on a tight schedule and so I requested a shuttle pick up for 9:15. I was informed that I should be in the lobby 5 min before the 9:15 mark. I was there 10 minutes early and waited more than a half hour for the shuttle to arrive and was late to the airport.

"Disappointing at best - No breakfast"

Paid extra for breakfast, but they regularly don't serve breakfast. Don't advertise it then! And not refunded. Bed are directly on the floor without bed frames. Jets roar over until after 1 am. Hotel staff complains about running of hotel. Microwave doesn't work well. Bathroom vanity is nicked and worn. Coffee in lobby is cold. Website takes Discover card, but then only told at hotel they don't take Discover. This doesn't not measure up to a Holiday Inn Express let alone Holiday Inn.
