"The Elevator"

Love was an excellent person. Very helpful very sweet.

The elevator scared me quite a bit. It would go to the floor and before it stopped, it would go back down. It never stopped to let us off on our floor. It jerked and I almost lost it!

"Monica was lovely and deserves the best."

Monica was amazing from beginning to end. We came from the Red Roof Inn to the Holiday Inn and she ensured to get us in quickly and offered the airport shuttle.

シャトルバスは、深夜にも関わらず、すぐ迎えに来てくれた

予約は、二名で、accept されたが、受け付けでは、一名しか予約が無いと言われた。幸い部屋はあったが、泊まった部屋は、冷蔵庫に、前の宿泊者が置き忘れ物があったり、キッチンの引き出しの中にも、パンの置き忘れがあったり、清掃の確認漏れがあった。TV画面が乱れが有り、ケーブルが緩んでいた。レポートはしたが、レセプションの反応は、薄かった。
