I was here for a nearby event with my sister, who booked the room with American Express. From the start, Zoha A made sure we were welcomed and fully taken care of. She was always kind, calm, and helpful every time we passed by, which really meant a lot. The hotel had beautiful views that made the stay feel special. The food was great, and every staff member we met was warm and caring. I truly loved this hotel and the amazing service.

the location

mess with parking, if you stay at the hotel and in the morning you want a breakfast, you can’t just go to have it, you must reserve your freaking table, otherwise it’s 30+ minutes waiting time, which is insane… with parking it is another story, they have park by yourself spots, valet and vip spots, all of them cost the same and valet parking person decides where you’ll park! if you drive tesla and you give them valet access to your car - they will reject it and won’t park it for you, “liability” bullsh#t, they require you to have a key / key cards, otherwise - go park yourself, BUT if that parking guy decides that you’re a nice guy with $20 out of the pocket, you’re eligible to park even on the vip spots no question
