There was no hot water for the first 36 hours, we needed to speak to 2 different people at reception to get it fixed. Also, the shower head can not be adjusted to change the angle the water comes out, so the water sprays all over the bathroom floor.

Hotel esta céntrico, pero había muchos problemas con el estacionamiento
Están muy bien ubicado y es un gran punto a favor, En cuanto a las instalaciones creo que podría mejorar en pequeños detalles, como el agua caliente, salía hirviendo y era difícil regular a tibia, así que o te bañabas con agua fría o con agua hirviendo … pero no fue problema ya que es temporada de calor y con agua fría estaba bien. Llegando a la hab no me dejaron toallas sin embargo las bajé a solicitar y si me dieron. La primera habitación asignada no funcionaba en aire acondicionado, fui a la recepción y me cambiaron de hab…. Pero si volvería a quedarme porque está muy bien ubicado
Carlos and Rafael were super friendly, professional, and helpful. Had a problem with the air conditioner in my room and and Rafael immediately had a technician come and fix it. Can’t say much good about the young lady on the morning shift. Seemed like she didn’t want to be there and everything was too much trouble.

Everything. The staff who received us at night was not at all kind. The room was super dirty. It seems that the room was not used in weeks or maybe months because all of the furniture was full of dust. The bed sheets were dirty and smelly. The a/c was not working at the beginning and the worst, the parking lot was 2 blocks away which is inconceivable. They should warn you about that. You have to go and open the gate by yourself with the key they give to you. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It is not worth the value they charge you. Never stay here.

En general, comodo y limpio aunque muy pequeño, la alberca nuy pequeña y poco comoda ya que esta en la recepcion y un poco elevado el precio
