ESGreat location and the room was also just like on the pictures. One of the receptionists were super helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations/tips for restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately we didn’t get his name however he was the nicest 😊

The hotel is perfectly located to walk quickly to restaurants of all kinds, the main park, and loaded with shops. The hotel itself was simple but cute, clean, and the staff was great and spoke English well. I was with two other women and they shared a double bed room while I was in a king room alone. Beds were comfortable and sheets nice. We had a safe. Air conditioning was really working great. Hot water in the shower was strong both morning and night. Tiny local chocolate shampoo was provided and a hairdryer. We walked to cenote Zaci, a must do, and Casa de los Venados another must do, and the Convento de San Bernardino where we saw the light show. Location, location, location!
Es un hotel perfecto , todo funciona , todo es agradable , tiene todo lo que se necesita , detalles muy pensados que hacen la estancia un placer . Muchos hoteleros deberían de aprender de este gran hotel que ya se convirtió en mi favorito y digno de presumir y recomendar . Yo viajo mucho por todo el mundo y conozco más de 300 hoteles .
