DKThe hotel's location is perfect—just around the corner from the Cathedral—for visiting the city centre and the main attractions. We spent two nights in Valladolid, and the room was perfect for a short stay.
The towels are always limited; they do not dry after use because of the humid climate. We have been provided with one towel per person, though it would be great to get two plus one for your hands. Moreover, having a small fridge in your room would be very helpful.
Great location. Friendly Staff. Clean rooms & comfortable beds/pillows. No elevator for rooms on second floor. Pool is obsolete since it’s in the Lobby, so there is no privacy whatsoever & didn’t use. No hand or face towels are given. Lights in walkways are bright at night & curtains in bedrooms aren’t blackouts. I do recommend the hotel though!!

everything nice, In particular the staff has been courteous and friendly. Speaking English! . Very clean and charming room . No noise in a noisy area. Unfortunately they do no offer restaurant and thus breakfast but it is located in the town centre and alternative solutions can be found

LTThree nice things about this hotel: very good locatin (in the very center next to cathedral and main park), colonial style biulding and receptionist at least the day we arrived.
When choosing the place for this stay we had three requirements: in the center, with the pool and privat bathroom. The pool in the hotel is in the reception right at the entrance. I've never seen anyone using it and didn't use myself as it has no privacy at all. Two requirements out of three would be ok, but our stay was spoiled due to another thing - we had two beds in the room and when going to sleep we noticed, that one bed was not changed, there was plenty of curly hear in the bed. Same hairs in the shower. Then all good things didn't matter anymore, as main thing we are comming to hotel for is have a sleep in comfortable and clean bed. First night we used one bed, next day asked for clean sheets and changed them ourselves, but the overall impresion of this hotel is ruined forever, would not come back to this place ever again.
