The location is perfect. My room was clean with wonderful bed covers, perfect for the weather. This is a strong 3 star hotel. The reception desk will schedule transportation and tours. There are many restaurants and shops within 2 blocks of the hotel.
Excellent location. The hotel is good. Parking is a couple blocks away and need to get the key which can be complicated. Someone parked at the entrance blocking everything and the hotel staff didn’t do much about it. No breakfast or restaurant available.

Parking is far away, not at hotel. Left the rental car parked outside hotel and think someone took the car plates. not good since it cost me an additional 250 dollars to cover for it.
GBGreat location near the cathedral and square. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The check-in by the man that worked there in the evenings was very professional and in perfect English.
The place seems to lack a bit of care by the owners/management. For example, its a lovely building with a nice reception and terrace but lacks facilities to help make these usable or enjoyable such as a bar/ drinks machine or even a water dispenser. Only one small bottle of water is provided per room, per day which is a bit stingy. Wifi was very poor. One of the girls that works on reception was really rude and unhelpful. We wanted to extend our stay and even though there were rooms available on booking.com she told us that none were available and got quite annoyed with us when we tried to push this further. We booked another hotel instead which was actually much better, cheaper and had way more facilities.
As we found out the hard way, there are two Calle 43 in Valladolid. One in the center and one in the suburbs. Our GPS unfortunately was only finding the one in the suburbs. When we realized we were lost and called the hotel to get directions, they were particularly unhelpful. Other than that, location in the center is good and the rooms are adequate. The parking lot is not close to the hotel though. So plan to park in front of the hotel first, to unload your luggage.
