"It was good but could have been better at check.out"

I loved the location but was not happy that I was unable to switch over my credit card to a different card. The front desk clerk did not understand English and was not able to accommodate us on that.

"Decent."

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very good.

The breakfast was lacking. The room thermostat kept getting the room too warm and then way too cold. The hot water wasn't hot the first of three mornings. Maintenance was able to get it better for days two and three.

"I won’t stay there again"

Too far from downtown. When did the reservation said 2.2 miles from downtown and it was a lie. Try to cancel when realize was too far and the hotel refused to cancel without penalty
