Noise from the airplanes taking off from the airport was unexpectedly loud early in the morning. If my room was on the other side of the hallway i suspect it would NOT be an issue. Suggestion: book all rooms away from the airport side of the building FIRST. No reason to put guests in the loudest rooms in the building until required based on occupancy. Common sense for anyone in the hospitality business interested in ensuring the highest rated guest experience possible.

Very conveniently close to the Luis Muñoz Marin (SJU) airport. Very clean rooms. Full breakfast available in the ample dining area. Close to local restaurants and shops. Staff are attentive and friendly. Because of our short (one night) stay, we weren't able to visit the pool area but it looked inviting.

With the understanding that anything close to an airport carries a steep price, the hotel could offer a few more amenities, such as a better in-room coffee maker and a microwave besides the mini fridge. Additional hooks in the bathroom would be helpful.

In for one night before a cruise. This is a great place to relax before the trip. Swimming pool with a great rotunda snack shack poolside. It has a limited menu but food is very good. Extensive breakfast buffet. Happy hour 5-7 with complimentary drinks. Rooms large and comfortable. Only downside is loud take-offs from runway close to the property. Special kudos to Irma for friendly service at the snack shack and happy hour.
