We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The atrium is tropical and relaxing. The pool area is also very nice with a waterfall and koi pond. The onsite restaurant has yummy quesadillas, and the free breakfast with the omelette station is great. Thanks to Cocoa the brand ambassador for chatting with us.

Although, this review is late. Just felt the need to vent. This is our go to hotel when sailing from Ft lauderdale. However, this time @ ck in was different. We did arrive early & it was a madhouse. We checked in & were told the rooms weren't ready & we would be notified when it was...Okay,we understood this since we were early. Once, we were notified about 2 hrs later the madness continued. There were people everywhere. I had a simple question & the young man @ the desk (British accent) was rather rude. Wasn't going to let him spoil my trip.....When we made our April reservations we also made reservations for September & last week I happened to take a look @ the website & saw that now they have instituted a daily $ 30 destination charge.🤔 This wasn't in effect when we made our reservation. I called to inquire if our reservation would incur this charge since it wasn't in effect when we made our reservation? We were only staying one night & wouldn't be taking advantage of any of their description of what this daily charge included. This is totally unacceptable to impose a charge that wasn't in place @ the time of booking. Way to go HILTON, I guess this destination charge is due to tariffs? No longer loyal to HILTON. 😱

Amy the bartender was so exceptional and an amazing confidant during a stressful work trip. I would rather drink at Amy’s bar than have another drop anywhere else. Her service was fast, considerate, and her banter top notch.

A brilliant hotel, lovely staff, great rooms, happy hour, gorgeous pool, amazing bar staff! What more do you want? Steven at the bar knew my order straight away and served everyone quickly but with care and attention. A great stay!!!

My experience was great. My room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the AC blew very cold, but the most admire experience was with three people. John, The VALET, was nothing but amazing. He was soft spoken, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very professional. Kathleen, Front Desk Clerk, was magnificent. She was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and very professional. Ray, Front Desk Clerk, was friendly, attentive and very professional. When I check in any Embassy Suites Hotel (or any other Hotel), I will definitely expect THOSE SAME SERVICES that those three have displayed. They have certainly set the example.

Always a good stay. The bartender Amy is the best! Give her a tip during happy hour!

The rooms are big enough for 4 people to stay comfortably. Daily breakfast and other amenities were good. The Ambassador Coco was absolutely lovely!
