Lovely roomy apartment, well equipped and in a superb location.15 restaurants within 150 metres.

Usual uncomfortable sofa bed, one day someone will invent a comfortable one! Pretty noisy at night but no complaints.

Location was in the center of everything. Parking was safe, doors are very secure. Kick-in proof. When i go back to usa im going to look for these doors. They are awesome. Almost like a bank vault. We stayed in Zadar first and thought it was unique, but this place had similar door/locking mechanism. Not that you need it. As a retired cop, never saw one person that gave me pause.

Being in the center means some street noise. We booked 2 apartments. We slept, the kids in the other apartment complained about yappy dog upstairs and some street arguments. Stay here if you want to be in the center of everything. Or drive from far away where its quiet. We are from a big city so nothing really bothered us. You have to reverse into a tight garage door between two outdoor cafes. Didnt bother me but i did have to tell all of my backseat drivers to either get out of the car or be silent.

We rented two apartments during our stay—a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom. In hindsight, the two-bedroom was spacious enough that we probably could’ve all stayed together in that one. The standout feature of this property was definitely the location. Just minutes from the main waterfront promenade in Split, we were surrounded by amazing restaurants, wine bars, and had a small grocery store just steps away. The apartments themselves were basic but had all the essentials, including a washer—which was a huge plus for our stay. Drying clothes was a bit tricky since there wasn’t an outdoor drying line, and it took quite a while (about a day and a half) for things to fully dry indoors. The furnishings, linens, and towels were functional but could use a refresh. That said, the spaces were clean and comfortable, and the elevator was a huge bonus—especially after a long day out exploring. The air conditioning worked great, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. One tip: if you're arriving in a larger vehicle, give your host a heads-up. The parking garage is quite tight and might be challenging to navigate with anything oversized. Overall, a solid stay and an excellent location for enjoying everything Split has to offer.

Beautiful apartment that is close to everything.

Location is great! Walking distance to palace, Riva, old town, bus and ferry, lots of restaurants, shops, and markets! The apartment is very spacious. There is an elevator and parking garage. Everything is provided including welcome gifts...Thank you! There is a clothes washer in the apartment (no dryer but a drying rack is provided). We were very happy with the apartment overall.

It would have been nice to have more pillows available for the beds. There is limited hot water for the number of occupants.
