Hotel Puerto Mexico

Es un hotel con muchos problemas , no hay agua caliente,no funcionan las llaves del agua en lavamanos, el lugar del hotel es un poco inseguro

The room was dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. Do not recommend.

For a $35 a nite airport hotel it was fine. The bath was down the hall, the bed nearly touched the walls. The breakfast was a small plate of fruit and some stale toast. But you also get what you pay for. A place to sleep.

I knew this was a low end property when I booked, but I did not expect it to be quite this bad. Checkin took ages because the lady in front was demanding a refund because her room had mold. We did not see mold but it did smell musty. The shower was disgusting, both dirty and in disrepair. The linens were questionable. The pillows were bad. The railing was missing in several places. One of my children stayed awake on purpose because she did not want to lie down.

It’s a cheap option for those who don’t want to miss a flight and prefer to sleep near to the airport. The bed was in poor condition, the photos showed a double bed room and we received a single bed one.

The hotel was adequate for the convenience of being by Terminal 1. Just felt it was overpriced for the condition of the hotel and room. The room has one window covered up by a garbage bag which I guess was to hide the ugly renovation that was happening outside. The bathroom was very dingy - it needs more light and the sink only had cold water tap working. Breakfast that was included was minimal with a small serving of fruit and a coffee that did not provide milk and sugar despite asking for it. The staff was very helpful which was the highlight of the stay.

don't do it unless you have too

We only rent to to rest for the night close to airport. Great costumer service explain the difference pf the room. Smell very good. I would recommend just to stay close the airport for a layove

Good and fairy priced place, close to the the airport. There are restaurant in the hotel too. But rooms without AC.
