Excellent service from staff. We ordered drinks for room service and they arrived within a few minutes! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager offered leaving our bags while we explored Crail which was kind. Lovely olde world hotel with a genuine feel of the past which is rare amongst the over-renovated old hotels. Lovely breakfast with plenty to eat and friendly staff.

The shower made a very loud noise and the pillows were a little uncomfortable.

Booking dot com as they rip off us and the hotel it was ten pounds cheaper of if I booked direct and they sad the rooms had all been booked up after booking one room for my mum tried to get one for myself I had to book a room in the next town And there was loads of rooms left in the hotel
