"Horrible experience with a dirty room that didn’t have any hot water"

The location was ideal as this was close to where we were working

The room was very dirty, smelled like cigarettes there was absolutely no hot water from the sink or the shower. The toilet was dirty. The air conditioner was covered in dust. I booked the room for two nights and only stayed the first night because it was unsanitary and unhealthy to stay.

"A very unpleasant day unfortunately I did not want to go to the hassles of canceling the reservation to receive a refund"

Conveniently located next to Denny’s restaurant

Refrigerator was broken did not get cold and there wasn’t any heat in the room heat. For the three days that I stayed there there was no room service. I had to empty my own trash and I went and bought washcloths and towels. There was a coffee maker in the room, but however, there was no coffee, pot filters, coffee, or even cups.
