"Absolutely horrible"

Very unprofessional very dirty, very uncomfortable. The beds were very, very worn and old. The bathroom was disgusting. Leaked the tub leaked all over the floor. I do Airbnb cleanings and I had to grab my gear out of my car and clean the bathroom before we could even use it. When I called to get a refund or talk to a manager to get compensated, they have yet to call me back and I tried to call the next morning and nobody has returned my call from booking.com and or the property.
