Mold in bathroom walls near ceiling

The hotel is close to Buffalo airport which makes it convenient, but it is in a poor condition I think needs more maintenance and be update it, the room was not too clean, also the hallways were dirty. It was not worth the money, if I knew I would it picked a better hotel for the same price, please do not believe the pictures posted because they are deciving.

Most disgusting Red Roof I’ve ever been in. Husband is working in Buffalo so I went for a, one night, visit for our anniversary. (I’m also the one who books the rooms for out of town work) The so called no smoking room wreaked of smoking. The floor was nasty, sticky and with an empty water bottle in the corner, as well, old candy from prior guest. The stairwells, to get to the rooms, smell nasty. Front desk gave my husband a hard time when he asked for clean towels. Room was secured Monday through Thursday, for business and they said new towels would arrive Thursday. We’re also paying for another room for an employee. Desk clerk rolled her eyes when husband was explaining the need for towels and the nastiness of the room. The bed was not properly made; no top sheet, just a very lightweight covering. We had to ask for a top sheet and blanket, then made the bed ourselves. Last but not least, workers smoking right in front of the lobby entrance; not in a designated smoking area. There’s more but, I’ll stop here.

Property was ok. Staffs were nice.

This property has long been one of the nicest Red Roof locations. No longer. It has clearly changed ownership and is now at best a hovel. The room was dirty, had paint splatter all over the bathroom, dead insects, and the only window in the room was so dirty that I could barely see out. I am disgusted at the level of deterioration of this hotel. For some unknown reason I was downgraded to an ADA wheelchair accessible room even tho I am in perfect health. The room rate was most certainly not indicative of the new state of this property, and to top it all off I was charged for a rollaway that I did not request nor receive.
