this is by far the most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed in. There was no heat for 2 1/2 hours we had to sleep with our coats on our bed. We would really like a refund.

Close to stadium

No fridge or microwave in the room

Good location to Bills game.

Rooms could use some loving.

The room reeked of smoke (non-smoking hotel) the door around the handle was black with dirt 2 the floors were dirty, the heating/ac unit smelled like something was burning when we put the heat on - we have stayed there many times but it was so dirty and the smell was awful - will probably not stay there ever again.

The property was not taken care of overall. The building was run down, room horrible unclean and in ill repair. Sheets and bedding stained, walls and ceiling had stains on them, the floor was sticky and falling apart, furniture damaged, shower drain broken, door did not seal properly so was letting in bugs. I would NOT BOOK THIS ROOM! There is a nicer Hampton Inn right down the street.

Hotel right next to the highway so not quiet. Room was clean, staff were hospitable. Great value while passing through the area.
