Worse place, they had no rooms available when I arrived there , I arrived at 3pm at the check in time , but they said come after few hours as no rooms are ready, I did not even stay there and they still charged me full amount from my credit card, and when I asked for refund they said not possible , they have done a total scam.

I can confidently say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The guy checking us in was rude, arrogant and completely unhelpful. We had to dodge HUMAN feces in the parking lot. The room was disgusting, I didn’t want to sleep there. The bathroom was covered in mold and mildew and I don’t want to know what else. My son had a stuffed animal he has carried around since he was born and it got tangled into the sheets and forgotten in our very rushed (get me the hell out of this dumpster) checkout. We called LESS than 12 hours later and the guy at the front desk blew us off saying it wasn’t there when it absolutely was. We called back 2 additional times and were blown off again (we were in town for a funeral to add to the fire). How heartless can you be when it comes to a very clearly loved child’s toy. I have never been angrier and more disappointed in someone in my life. And the fact that there isn’t a hold policy for left items is ridiculous. Don’t stay here, they clearly don’t give a damn about you. They certainly don’t care about your kids. I hope they have the day they deserve.
