They are not clean

Never think about return anymore in the web said cacen free but is not they want to charge seme price per night to cancel of course if they are not clean rooms smell cigarettes, mattress so old you feel the coils etc

"Avoid racist towards USA service members"

Racist, especially do not like people of my lighter complexion and USA service members. Had back to back reservations and was rudely told to get out of my room at 11 am and made me sit outside until 3 pm. When I returned at 3 pm my credit card was maxed out rudely refused my refund and just had enough money to get to the hotel across the street which maxed out my credit card and couldn't have dinner. I now know what suffering from racism feels like full force had a lesson of hate thought to me yesterday. 😭. Sadly I am a homeless veterans son that was honoring a fallen service member on my time there. Make sure you are his type and not at all proud of America before you book and you will be ok unlike me.

The location is very good

No internet, hold security deposit which i haven't received back yet and the microwave was so dirty with little cockroachs moving around inside.

The area was very noisy and dirty, the TV did not turn off, the sink faucet was loose, the phone to the office did not work, the sheets were polyester, the lock on the door was broken, the entrance was dangerous off of Route 1, the room fan did not run continuously - the whole experience was not good.

Wasnt too bad bed was comfy, ac worked and pushed cold air. Tv was limited with what ro watch but there was a channel where i cpuld watch fox cartoons the entire time. So that wasnt bad.

The little interaction I had with anyone was pleasant and friendly. No issues whatsoever. My only negative is that you have to ask for service while you are there. I booked for a week and extended for another week and the only time anyone came in to refresh towels and take the trash was when I called and requested it. I feel like longer staying customers should still at least have towels and trash done every few days.
