It said free wifi, but they want 15 dollars. During the night someone tried to enter our room. They had to have a key, because the only thing that kept them out was the upper mechanical latch. I told this to the service desk and they blew me off saying it was probably the security guard.I should have called the police. Half roll of toilet paper, toilet ran half the night. Queen bed was actually a full bed. The bed was hard as a rock,& neither of us could sleep.The info papers says if there are any issues after hours,call a phone number given, but there are no phones. The concrete stairs are in extremely dangerous condition. Many steps are missing 1/3 to 1/4 of step. This is a 3 story ,actually designed for extended stays,not really like a motel. Check in is at 2pm,& checkout is 11am. Hours open are 11-7. Just beware. Our first sight as we shut the door,was a stink bug. Thank you Siegel. Btw,when we were checking out,the people checking in were getting passwords for the wifi in their rooms.Odd.

Absolutely worst place ever. The room we were in smell like stale smoke. We had roaches everywhere in the room. When we advised the staff of the issues of the roaches. The front desk lady stayed the room was just sprayed. For the 7 days we were there, we were killing multiple roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. Black mold in the windows. The wallpaper was peeling everywhere. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Old towels one pillow in the room.shower had no pressure. Fridge was dirty. And room smelled like smoke in a non smoking room

Not going to stay again.. they don't give good service, crappy rooms and$15 for wifi. They also lie.

I did not stay there. My flight was delayed and I arrived at 7:30ish and I didn't realize that the hotel closed at 7pm. I've never heard of a hotel closing at that time. I was not charged just disappointed.

My stay was horrible..the room was dirty had old shoes..Staff was very rude.very very rude..

Wasn’t what I expected and bed was very hard room smelled the first night but they offered house keeping the next morning

The service I received at the front desk was amazing. The Manager was very helpful and friendly. I felt welcome and very comfortable while speaking with her. The room was very accommodating. The kitchen was a plus because it had a stove top, fridge, sink, and microwave. This saved us money because we were able to prepare meals in our room.
