Connecting with management was difficult. The office opens at 9 am till 7 pm which limited check in and check out.

I reserved a room for for a night and I put check in at the hotel pay at the hotel I was charged $41 and I did not check in at the hotel because when I went in to check in the lady was very rude the manager

Just don't: Room was in disrepair with flooring coming up in the bathroom. I did not use the shower because it did not appear clean. There were holes in the walls and furniture. The room had an awful odor (food vs. mildew?) and there were crumbs on the chair, like someone had eaten their lunch sandwich there while watching TV (the TV was on when I came into the room). I found a tiny black bug crawling up my pajamas the next morning (flea?) and ended up with bug bites on my legs. As I was leaving the second floor room on my way to the office to check out, I noticed the room below mine had a sign in the window that read "Crazy cat lady" (permanent resident, maybe?)...which explains the bug vs. flea bites!

Terrible room stiffy and smell. After paying ended going to another hotel never even went back to room never brought my stuff to the room

Roaches were in the refrigerator in my food. No I'm done

Pretty dingy and rundown. Found dead bugs in the tub and ants in the room.

First off the price was higher than the confirmed price I was quoted on the internet. No wonder they waited to charge. Secondly the new manager said he had no knowledge of why the computer does it, neither did he have the power to adjust it. After sitting our bags down and heading out the door to find food, a meth addict out by my car, was in two different cars the same color and type, (Silver buick) rambling through the cars. I hardly doubt one tenant with two of the same cars would be here. After returning to the filthy room heading back out to the Grizzlies and Lakers game, we noticed the floor was slippery. The entire floor. Whomever attempted to wax this floor did a horrible job. May want to try the Miaggi theory, "Wax on, WAX OFF". My son later noticed a bug on the night stand, and then another, and another, etc. The bathroom door was actually kicked in. The recliner didn't recline. There were holes in the walls, the appliances were rusted, shelves were rusted and so were the stairwells. Needless to say this place was deplorable, disgraceful, shameful, dishonorable, unworthy, inexcusable, unpardonable and unforgivable and for us unforgettable. We attempted to contact the office about our concerns only to find the office was closed for the day. I contacted the office the next morning and I asked the manager several time to come down to the room to see. He declined every time. In fact the manager claimed he had just left the room and noticed a blanket was missing. He realized he had the wrong room and said oh Okay. Never an apology. But there was one true statement on the internet. The place is pet friendly. Please only walk on the concrete part or else you'll find out how pet friendly the place really is. BTW the remote didn't have a back on it

Bed was filthy, drawer missing, white stuff on dresser. Smells funny. Burn holes on sheet. I couldn't stay there. Need a refund.

Toilet was leaking all over floor, when we took a shower, leaked more. Got charged for items I thought was unfair. Went to check out, and office was closed, it was 10:30 am, so I am sure I got charged with for the room keys. Bedspreads were stained bad, and the refrigator on the outside looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Had to walk my own trash to the dumpster, but I was on top floor, and tried explaining that I had fallen 30 feet and broken my neck, back, everything waist up, and stairs are hard for me. I will the toilet got fixed the next morning. The staff was less than friendly. I can only awesome, they live on-site, or wouldn't treat their guest like, well like we are bothering them. Sad really..........could be a nice place with the right investment.

I checked into my room on a thursday, but didn't stay there that night. When i actually went into my room the next day it was disgusting, blood stains on the covers, i got a non smoking room but there was burn marks on the bed spread. Crumbs were in the bed when I pulled the sheets back, the refrigerator door wouldn't open, the floors were stained and disgusting. As soon as i opened the door the smell smacked you in the face, I went as far as to bring my friend there so she could see it. And she told me the outside is definitely deceiving, i knew i made the right decision not to stay in this hotel.
