"DON'T BOTHER STAYING HERE!!."

Worse hotel to stay not worth even for overnight even if your on a budget. The hotel dirty, old, smelly noisy and run down. staff are horrible and unpleasant don't care attitude. Too many problems and faults with the hotel. Shouldn't be on the Expedia site!.

"It's ok until .. "

dont go. They no longer do nightly rates . It was good at first. Hopefully they get new staff and management . Employees were always on the phone and made you wait. Would just walk off.

"Filthy roach motel"

Killed 24 roaches and 6 got away. Everything was nasty dirty and smelled bad. Police were at property. Think they got robbed. Windows were brocken out of office and left that way for two weeks.

OUR STAY AT CROSSLANDS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE FIRST ROOM NO LIGHTS SMOKE DETECTOR HANGING DOWN ROOM HAD A SMELL AND THEN TO TOP IT OFF THE SECOND ROOM HAD FILTHY CARPET AND ROACHES. THEY NEED MAJOR REMODELING.

"Nasty"

It wasn't pleasant at all. Got there the room they gave me was not clean turn around and and went back gave another room with blood stains on the mattress without sheets on it. They tried it again and the room door wouldn't open so I left and went somewhere else.

I had cockroaches in my room. I couldn't get anything outside of the normal lobby hours. After 11 pm and before 7 am you are on your own. It took me almost an hour to get someone to check me in when I arrived after midnight. They had a power outage so I couldn't iron my shirt. The fire alarm went off 3 times during the night. I accidentally locked myself in the bathroom because I didn't realize the bathroom door knob was missing on the inside of the bathroom. So, I couldn't turn the knob to get out. I had to use a credit card to release the door.
