Siegel Select Memphis

The stairs leading up to the room was dirty and chipped up. The sheets were stained and had cigarette burns on them. The fixtures were falling off the wall. The iron board legs were broken and hanging off. At least the shower worked. This place is in need of an immediate upgrade.

The room had no phone, so when we unpacked and went to use the shower only to find there was no shower curtain, I had to go down to the front desk to ask for a curtain. There was also no trash can in the room, so we had to pile our trash on the kitchenette counter. The next morning, there was a puddle of water in the doorway to the bathroom that apparently came from the room above us. With daylight, we could see how dirty the carpet was in the room, so we're forced to give this a one star rating until that room is updated.

There bed bugs in the beds I have bite marks that hurt and itch the hotel rooms floor had tracks of dirt and leaves and grass all over smells very bad the beds was made with no fresh sheets on the with insects flying around this is the worst hotel I ever stayed at I expected this from a cheap motel but not this hotel I would to get my money back if possible please I would have sleep better in a cheap motel how bad them rooms are please send somebody to investigate there rooms plus there was no Continental breakfast like they promise on my hotel purchase

This was my trip to Memphis and wanted to get an affordable place to just sleep. Well I am not impressed with the property. It has dirty room with no front desk support. I was put in a smoking room whereas I requested a non-smoking room. I could not find anyone overnight to change my room and had to suffer all night. When I complained in the morning, I was told it was non-smoking room. I doubt it was a non-smoking room but I did not have time to argue them. Overall not a pleasant and friendly experience. I would suggest to spent $ more and find some other property in same class.

This place was a dump. Horrible!! I seriously don't think the room was cleaned from the previous occupant. Staff couldn't have cared less. Stay away.

Hotel very inadequate. There was no maid service .There were ants in the room. Tv cable service poor .

The room was terrible. Bad bad bed no shower curtain. Needs to be upgraded!!! .

over booking. I paid for queen bedroom but i got full size bedroom. no toilet paper. no towel. dirty room. I left early morning.

Had to change rooms three times to get a decent room.

The motel itself is fine and comfortable. And the staff is great, the manager however is awful. Her attitude is horrible and the way she talks to people is crazy.
