Dirty tub that wouldn't drain, no toilet paper. My car window was busted out and I was robbed of my belongings. No security cameras and all staff could say was sorry... No refund or anything!!!

If there was a way to rate the hotel and the experience as a negative star rating I would. The room was horrid, it wasn't clean, neighborhood awful,and room wasn't ready when we arrived. The young lady at the front desk was kind enough to refund our money once she saw how disgusted I was upon arrival. I have no idea why they are charging a fee to stay in this hotel, you should be paid to stay there.

I was put in a room that was filthy hadn't been vacuumed for months by the looks of it the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a rock not fun at all night staff professional and polite morning staff rude

The bed sheets are nasty and they are never clean when you walk in chairs have stains in them and when you get to your room there are never any towels. Many of the times you have to wait on the towels and linen I feel like from head on down something need to be done

I like the front desk clerk he was very polite and nice. How ever the room it self needs a serious up grade. The TV is crack, the smoke detector wasn't in the ceiling, I had not one ash tray for it to be a smoking room. Also the face towels look kinda dengy there was a black left from a previous visit. He was close to the mall n waffle Hous.

I reserved our room well in advance with Orbitz in order to get a discount. I arrived late after 13 hours of driving to them not having our room ready, so they put us in a smoking room, with one King sized bed for myself and two teens boy and girl to sleep in. We do not smoke so this was extremely uncomfortable, the room was dirty. The staff tried to do what they could to make amends but the managers never took the time to give us any sort of discount or make this right. Great job to the staff who were friendly. They advertise continental breakfast but do not have. Disappointing experience.

This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. Had to change rooms twice because the air conditioner didn't work. The room they finally gave us was dirty. The bed sheets had not been changed from the previous guest no towels in the bathroom the internet didn't work. Overall it was nasty. If anyone is thinking about staying here don't!!! Run far away from this place!!!
