I didn't stay at this hotel. I checked in and right back out with-in minutes. The condition is horrible and very old down to the bed linens. Please remove this place from you list of recommendations for customers.

I arrived to check in around 6 pm and I go to the room, there are no clean towels. I call to the front desk and they say they are sending someone. Wait ten minutes no one comes so I have to take a shower and dry off with the one clean hand towel in the room. There was a dirty cloth still left in the shower from the previous occupant!

The room was infested with riaches

The first room was terrible. The second was a little better not much. TV would not work. I went down stairs no one was in office. I got so frustrated that I left. This hotel need to upgrade and clean up rooms. The refrigerator in first room was so rusty that I can not believe this Hotel has not replaced it. Who want to put their food in that. This was terrible. I book with HOTEL.com all the time. Never experience this. This hotel do not want to give a refund. They need to shut down the way the first room Looked. Sorry, this is the truth.

The room was dirty, unlivable, facility has rust on stairs, building looks worn down. The room was uninhabitable.

The hotel is located right on I-40 so we heard the big trucks using their air brakes all night long. I guess it was just the neighborhood, which the hotel chain can do nothing about, but, at 11:30 at night there was either a firecracker or a gunshot outside my door and the police showed up at my next door neighbor 10 min later because she called 911. When I asked the hotel staff about it the next morning all they would say is "the police are handling it". They would not confirm if it was gunshot or firecracker. Its not their fault if there are hoodlums in the neighborhood but, I don't think I'll stay there again. I need to feel safe in my room.

This place was terrible. First of all, it was a pain to find (even with garmin). The location is in a business district away from all the other hotels off the interstate. Parking was a pain. There was no continental breakfast (or anything to eat for that matter). Coffee was available in the office/lobby but it was full of grounds. The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom ceiling and caulk were disgusting (mold/mildew). Neither my husband nor I would use the shower. The comforters were stained. There was 1 pillow on each bed (double beds). Two pillows were in the closet on a shelf with no pillow cases. The carpet was matted and I didn't want to walk barefoot. This was very disappointing. If we didn't have 2 small sleeping children with us we would have forfeited the cost of the room and gone someplace else.

We booked a non smoking room but received a room with Cigarette smell all around. The Bed sheets had burnt marks from cigarette. Room was filthy and we didn't want to touch anything and all the taps were running hot water during summer. Even we never felt secure and around 12:30 AM one lady knocked our door asking for someone we never heard of and still trying to enquire more on the same. Don't stay in this hotel...Its even worst than Extended Stay (Its one of its sister hotel).
