"It’s only a couple rooms worth staying in but it was ok for what I needed it for."

I like the property. I love when AJ is on the shift cause she ALWAYS makes sure the guest are very comfortable and she always stay professional under pressure.

Each time I checked in with someone other than AJ my room would have burn marks or tv remote barely worked. Danielle is VERY VERY unprofessional and EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I asked could she call a manager to help get me checked in she told me no cause it’s not an emergency after I already paid. She threatened to call the Metro police instead and got rude with me

the fact that the room was on 1st floor

The fire alarm went off at 2 am for about 20 minutes; the fire department came. We never got back to sleep, nor did we see anything wrong-nothing on fire so not sure what happened but it sucked.

"Nasty "

This is the nastiest place I've ever stayed. Got up to shower for work with not a drop of hot water. Dresser broken shower broken. Hair all in the bathroom.

"Stay away from this one!"

This is a bottom-tier hotel. It is nothing like other Extended Stay hotels that I've stayed at. Besides being a very "tired" property, this one doesn't offer any kitchen supplies (as is usually done at an Extended Stay hotel). I was told that they haven't for over 2 years.
