One of the best experience ive had in a hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were beautiful. Everything is within a walking distance.

This hotel is in a great location. The room was spacious and clean. Our view was fantastic. Breakfast offered something for everyone. I recommend staying there.

This hotel is beautiful and very looked after. The staff are really friendly and will do anything to help where they can. We had 2 rooms (changed after the first night) and both were as good as each other. My reason for only giving the hotel 4 stars is that the hotel is extremely busy which causes a lot of noise (reason for room change after first night) and made it felt very chaotic. The rooftop bar is a great viewing point but becasue this is open to the public it was carnage most of the time. We were trying to have a nice relaxed drink but every time there were people pushing us and leaning over us to take photos which doesn’t make it relaxing. I would give the hotel 3 for this reason as I fee something needs to be done about it, or just the amount of general public they allow up there at any one time, but I felt it that would be unfair as the hotel itself is lovely as are the staff.

Great little spot to view the city. It costs 10 euros for entry. It was a busy night and the queue to get a seat was massive so we walked past the queue just for the standing experience. Great views albeit crowded. We then went to the inside bar and were shown by staff to a table. There were 5 of us. We ordered food and drinks and enjoyed the ambience and views. We were then approached by the manager who questioned why we were sat on a table for only 4 people, we explained that we were given this table. The manager (Juan Carlos?) was extremely rude and unprofessional to us and we made a complaint. This manager then came back and offered an apology which was not sincere, he really put the dampers on a good evening. The food was good but the manager was rude and unprofessional
