⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at Hotel Riu Plaza España was incredible! I booked the Junior Suite with terrace, and it exceeded my expectations. The suite was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bathroom was huge, and both the bedding and the shower were absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Madrid. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a large variety of options to suit every taste—definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Its central location also makes it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer, from dining and shopping to sightseeing. I highly recommend Hotel Riu Plaza España for anyone visiting Madrid—it’s a perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience.

Lovely hotel, check in soothe and welcoming. Apartment good size and nice touch with fridge and tea making facilities. Breakfast was excellent with choice for everybody. Pool small but adequate. Again nice that towels are handed out. Rooftop bar superb, food options adequate, so busy but hotels guests given priority. Good location, no complaints at all.

I had a fantastic experience at Riu Plaza España! The rooftop views are absolutely spectacular, offering a breathtaking panorama of Madrid that’s perfect for photos or simply soaking in the city’s beauty. The hotel features excellent dining options, with a variety of restaurants and bars to suit every taste. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—a delicious and abundant spread with fresh, high-quality choices that made every morning a treat. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, style, and unforgettable views in Madrid.

This hotel is at the center of Madrid perfect location, close to everything, lots of dining options and the staff was super friendly- Luis was super fun my fellow Dominican, kitchen staff very professional as well and attentive. Will be back for sure!

Hotel was perfect, great service and rooms were spacious and very clean

The best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had in any country, they offered the widest selection. Location was convenient for walking, right at the end of Gran Via (our longest walk was about 35min to El Retiro Park). Front desk service was standard. Gym had a good variety of cardio and resistance training equipment. Pool hours are limited so we never made it. With so many elevators (6), for whatever reason it takes forever for the elevator cab to come, and even when it did arrive, sometimes it was already full of passengers and you needed to wait all over again. Rooftop bar/lounge area gets busy at night (there was a line to take a picture at the glass floor popout) but you get free roof entry as a hotel guest and it has an amazing view of the city. Central to shopping—Literally sandwiched between a Mango and a Zara downstairs. Would stay here again.
