"A Little Gem in Matera"

The family run Aque Cave is pure luxury in a cave - such a unique experience. Our room was gorgeous, decor was beautiful and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable with beautiful linen and the bathroom was well appointed with lovely fluffy towels. Breakfast was a veritable feast! Our host, Paola was the loveliest person with a passion for Matera that showed through as she talked about the history of the city and what it is today. She.came to our rescue when we had a difficult situation to resolve.
