Broken bunk bed, black mold all over shower and very dirty everywhere else

Good sized comfortable room in excellent location. Great to walk across the road and straight onto the Metro and trains Nice sized room and bathroom, adequate shelving Window opened to allow fresh air

Typical of hotels in area lower water pressure but lovely hot shower Would have been nice to have access to fan or air con being summer. Able to open the window, but busy area so some transport noise present

It’s just beside the Osterport station and walking distance to the national gallery. The lockers to store lugguge is cheapest in central Copenhagen. Room is small but facilities are alright.

It can be a problem for sensitive people as you can hear the trains passing by very clearly. No lift. The hallway to sone rooms is too long. It is a bit health safety issue that the lower deck of the two deck beds has not enough height, as we hit our heads about 3-4 times even we were careful.

Centralt, dog friendly, parkering för bilen, smidigt och personalen var vänliga och hjälpsamma.

Great hotel, 10/10 location. A 10 minute cycle into Nyhavn! Room was comfy and spacious enough to not be living ontop of each other. Staff very friendly and check in/out seamless. Booked a room on the quiet side of the hotel, as a deep sleeper I had no issues but my sister said trains were loud at night but to be expected from the location. Felt very luxurious considering the price! Suited 2 siblings using it as a base to explore Copenhagen.

As most reviewers say, noisy location but okay if you book the quiet side and if it’s not too warm so the window is closed
