Location was great and close to all amenities.

Unfortunately a double booking was made under the same details. We were just me and my daughter. I was charged the full price without given at least an option to change dates to a later stay. I wasn't expecting a refund but the extra room was never used by me, got cancelled and rebooked to other customers. Totally unfair.

"Schlafen neben den Gleisen? Katastrophe!"

Die Lage und das Frühstück sind die einzigen positiven Aspekte, die mir einfallen.

Das Fenster ist zwei Meter von den Gleisen entfernt. Unfassbar. Es ist laut!!! Wir haben um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten. Das wurde abgelehnt. Es gibt kein Regal und keinen Schrank. Eine Seite des Bettes hat keinen Zugang. Eine Seite des Bettes hat keine Ablage für Brille, Uhr, Handy, etc. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Abstellfläche für Utensilien. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Haken für Handtücher. Im Badezimmer gibt es kein Glas oder Becher. Wenn man am Abreisetag seine Koffer zur Aufbewahrung abgibt, muss man eine Gebühr bezahlen. Nach vielen Jahren auf Reisen war dies eines der schlechtesten Zimmer. Nie wieder!
