The room, once I checked in was fine. Prior to checkin, I had to provide a copy of my passport, but the scanning app did not accept my passport. I then sent a photo which was accepted. It then wanted a selfie, and after 6 failed attempts because it could not provide a match, I gave up. There is no one on site, they provide a code via email to access the front door, and the room keys. I do not have data on my phone, so had to access WiFi somewhere in order to get the codes. It turned out OK, but I probably would not book there again.

Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung war top, die Betten sehr bequem. Der Grundgedanke des Teilens von Bad und Toilette ist zu begrüßen.

Die Überprüfung unserer Reisepässe per Internet mit einem nicht funktionierenden Programm und der Abfrage des nächsten Reiseziels widerspricht selbst den Warnungen von Booking.com. Das Foto der Wohnung im Internet entsprach der Realität in keinster Weise und führte in die Irre. Leider gibt es Mitmenschen, die ein gemeinsames Bad/Dusche/Toilette nach Gebrauch nicht reinigen. Das war ekelhaft!

It's my second stay at this location. Good location of the apartment with reasonable price. All needed things are available, like kitchen, laundry, etc.

The difficulty in getting my booking ratified..

I was refused at the door. I thoughtt I had completed the on-line registration but I had not apparently. I called at teh doorstep and I was refused entrance. No way the owner would let me in. I had no WiFi to redo the on-line registration and as a result had to sleep in the car for the night. There was no willingness from the owner to help me any way at all and he only wanted me to leave. He told me he was going to charge the room anyways as it was my fault for not registering. I did not receive a message that my resgistration was not completed.

The person was a buly and there was no willingness to find a solutiion. Lost teh money ands slept in the car

Extremely clean and everything was there that you needed

You haven’t any reception staff and there was the strong smell of someone smoking in the property on two occasions

Very comfy bed and great location from the port and pretty close to the train station. Very grateful for the secure bicycle storage in the opposite building as well.

Could do with a fresh lick of paint outside. You could be a little deterred to enter when you first reach the place.
