The ease of checking in, very good location and most of the time was quiet

The wet floor in the shower room no one ever bothered to dry it out

Easy access to building/room, check in process was very simple - keycode given to you beforehand, no need to fumble for keys for the front door. good location very central, everything I needed was few minutes walking distance (except the cliffs and castle of course), great TV screen size

No toiletries included, no handwash/soap - sorry if I had known I would have packed my own!

The room was spotless, it was really nice, very spacious, the shared bathroom was also very clean.

n/a THERE WERE TWO KITCHENS TO PREPARE FOOD FOR OURSELVES, BUT WE DIDN'T USE THEM.

It has renovations going on, but my room was new and wonderful, as well as the shared bathroom.

No shampoo or body wash provided was quite disappointed.
