Útulný pokoj, ocenili jsme umyvadlo na pokoji. Koupelny byly čisté, s teplou vodou. Společná kuchyň se spoustou vybavení.

Předání klíčů je dosti zmatené, co se týče popisu ve zprávě. Kuchyň je zvláštně něčím cítit.

Einfache, zentral gelegene Unterkunft

Great value accommodation. Large, comfortable private bedroom (with key) with handy small sink. Shower rooms and kitchens on separate floors (I had a ground floor bedroom) were basic but clean. No hospitality tray in the bedroom even though one is shown in several of the photos, so you have to use the kitchens, but complimentary tea/coffee/sugar is provided. Property is generally in good repair and very clean, and the bedroom was nicely presented. Wifi was reliable. Short walk from the train station.

Getting into the property upon arriving was a hassle. Booking.com gave me a code for the key lock box when I first booked, but I think it must have been an old one. The host sends you the code after you've checked in online. Took me three attempts to check in - you have to scan photo ID amongst other things, and I had to start again when I lost signal. I recommend checking your email and checking in before you set off! Also, the guttering needs repairing - I was woken up by loud splashing directly outside my window every time it rained.

Close to the port of Dover

No sound proofing meaning no sleep, rude staff.. Everything like bedding etc is very basic.

Poor staff management and continued harassment, pushing us for unnecessary information.
